Hotel La Palma, Capri, Italy
Built in 1822, Hotel La Palma, Capri’s very first hotel, will reopen in summer 2023 following an acquisition and transformation by the Oetker Collection. With an unbeatable location next to Piazza Umberto I, the newly renovated property will draw even more guests looking for the best place to stay in Capri.
The boutique hotel will house 50 rooms, all of which offer a private balcony or terrace from which to admire the views.
Virgin Hotels New York City, New York City, New York
Richard Branson’s cheeky Virgin brand will fit right in in New York City when it opens its first East Coast location in early 2023. The Virgin Hotels New York City will feature 460 rooms (or “chambers” as the hotel calls them) along with a rooftop pool and even a mini golf club with street food vendors, cocktails, and a DJ.
Amrit Ocean Resort and Residences Singer Island, Riviera Beach, Florida
If your New Year’s resolution is health-focused, book some “me time” at the Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences in Florida’s Palm Beaches. Set on seven oceanfront acres, this wellness-focused resort will feature 100,00-square feet of wellness facilities, including a spa with indoor/outdoor treatment rooms. Upon check-in, personal coaches will create individualized programs for every guest to help them get the most out of their stay.
The resort’s 155 guestrooms are scheduled to open in April 2023.
Cayo Levantado Resort, Isla Cayo Levantado, Dominican Republic
Reopening in June 2023, Cayo Levantado Resort is the private island resort that castaway dreams are made of. Guests arrive by boat, and are welcomed by their own personal ambassador, who will show them around the all-inclusive paradise.
Spacious suites and villas offer plenty of options for romantic retreats or family getaways, and some rooms even feature private plunge pools.
Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel & Residences, Boston, Massachusetts
Ultra-luxury hotel brand Raffles is opening its first North American property in the tony Boston Back Bay neighborhood in summer of 2023. The 35-story Raffles Boston Back Bay will be an eye-catching addition to the city’s skyline, with a two-story sky lobby and rooftop garden terrace lounge.
Guests and locals alike can look forward to six new restaurants and bars in the hotel, including an intriguing speakeasy.
Kimpton Naranta, Bali, Indonesia
In search of serenity in Bali? Head to the Kimpton Naranta, opening in early 2023. Perched on a secluded hillside overlooking the Indian Ocean, the boutique resort’s 50 villas will offer plenty of privacy (and most accommodations even feature private saltwater plunge pools.)
When you’re ready for the hustle and bustle of Bali, the Naranta offers free bikes and e-scooters to explore.
The Ranch, Hudson Valley, New York
Celebrity-favorite wellness retreat The Ranch previously expanded from California to Italy and now looks to conquer the East Coast with its new location in Hudson Valley, New York. Set in a historic lakefront estate over 200 sprawling acres of greenery, The Ranch’s new location may be just 45-minutes outside of New York City, but it feels a world away.
Guests at The Ranch Hudson Valley can experience the same fitness-focused programs as the other Ranch locations, including hiking, fitness classes, massages, and a plant-based menu when it opens in late 2023.
